Apartment Paradise 1 is a charming flat which is ideal for your stays in Venice: it has been prepared inside a portion of historical venetian palace, and lies in a perfect position, Fondamenta Misericordia, a true venetian area, easy to reach and from where it is possible to go up to the jewish Ghetto quickly, as well as Strada Nova (new street) a sort of “pedestrian highway” which links Ferrovia (train station) to Rialto Bridge. This paradise corner enjoys an amazing view over the channel, a feature guests love a lot. The Apartment Paradise 1 has just been refurbished in several areas, and repainted, and it’s ideal for romantic gateaways of for families with young children, as it has a huge bedroom with canal view, kitchen with all you could need (freezer, fridge, microwave, etc.), bathroom with tube and a living room which is a real artwork, thanks to its precious and wealthy stucchis (stuccos) which go up to the roof. In the living room there is a handmade sofa bed which become a bed for two persons. Morevoer, apartment has air conditioning, to help temperature to be smoother during hot summer days.

Apartment Paradise 1 lies on the second floor and has no lift.
*Please note check in time is from 15 to 19. From 19 to 21 we apply an extra fee of 30.00 euro. From 21 to 23 extra of 50.00 euro. After 23 we won’t provide check in service anymore, just in case of unexpected circumstances (i.e. flight/train delays, natural disasters) and with the agreed charge of 50.00 euro. Extra charge must be paid cash only at arrival.
