– first floor: one bedroom for two persons, a nice living area, a living room with sofa bed which is another room, able to host two extra persons, an amazing bathroom (5 square meters), living area
– second floor: kitchen, bedroom, nice bathroom and a private terrace
All the flat has a/c and heating plus 4 smart tvs
*Please note that check-in time is from 15 to 19 and takes place at the Marin Hotel, a few steps from the apartments. From 19 to 21 we apply an extra fee of 30.00 euro. From 21 to 23 extra of 50.00 euro. After 23 we won’t provide check in service anymore, just in case of unexpected circumstances (i.e. flight/train delays, natural disasters) and with the agreed charge of 50.00 euro. Extra charge must be paid cash only at arrival.
